For legal advice its better to seek an expert .As far as obeying the court order is concerned,its an interim order & not the final one.So its wise to follow it till a decision is reached.For legal help there are lot of sites which you can google & find out.Personally i agree with what judie said here.

dont run here and there first be at home and try to settele down with mutual consent take help and advise from elderest person from your family and friend ok

dear divorce is not a solution of this problem. u think about ur faults and feel in front of ur wife sometimes we cant express our loves in front of wife. express urself. one more thing if u only think about compansation after divorce thats y u dont give divorce to ur wife no body helps u solve ur problems with ur wife only

You prove the income of your wife before court of law,this is the only solution

you are victim of legal terrorism , many times males are suffering in india nowadays. not even god can save u, only your wife can . ball is in her court , she can hit as she can.

Mr Dinesh , I can advise u in one condition ...Just think wat income proof u have submitted in the court...make it nul & vide...so dat u can get rid off this maintenance... try to convince ur opp dat u cant afford such maintenance..so that easy for u get divorse easily...accor to ur convinience.. best of luck s k swamy

Mr Dinesh aapne ye nahi bataya hai ki aap kya karte hain aur aap iske against isse upar ki court main bhi ja sakte hain agar aap is court se santust nahi hain to iske alawa aap ko apni wife ka source of income aur kincome uski hain ye bhi court main sabit karna hoga so ladai karo haar mat mano sab accha hi hoga best of luck
