You spend all your life visiting the courts with the judge only granting you a new date everytime you visit the court. Atleast I assume hell is better than this torture.

Justice delayed is justice denied. But Indian judicial system does not seem to believe this. Our matrimonial laws are outdated but our legislators have no time to update them.

It takes ages to get divorce. And the torture is tremendous. One spouse or both does not want to live with the other. What is the point in torturing each other in the court?
