I would like to differ.... a) not everybody goes for divorce, so for most of people this willl be very bad if made rule..... b) Many people think that 'baccha hone ke baad sab theek ho jaayega..... jaydatar cases mein theek ho bhi jaata hai (guessing), bahut se cases mein bachon ko dekhkar compromise bhi kar leten hai. par kuchh cases mein aisa nahi hota and only they go for divorce ...... d) if couple have kids.... court bhi aasani se divorce grant nahi karte, so number of divorces goes even less. .... e) the solution is more Emotional than Logical. ........ ..... I too feel that if couple have kids , they should try to settle their disputes..... but FINALLY .... Jo couple khud nahi samajh sakte, jin couples ko parents nahi samjha sakte (ya parents khud hi nahi chahten ho)... jinko kids emotional nahi bana sakte....... divorce should be granted.... Disheartening but we should accept that kabhi situation shayad jyaada hi kharab ho jaate hai....
