Those who are 'afraid of failing' or are asked 'not to fail' will invariably fail and give up the journey, mid-way on the road to success. But those who are 'encouraged' to fail, on the path to success, will always succeed." While success makes a person happy and excited, failure makes a person sad and frustrated and nothing significant can be achieved in this state of mind. Everything comes to a stand still. But if we encourage people to fail and get excited and get going again, then they complete the journey with full vigor and excitement and receive success. This is just like how we encourage a child when he falls and gets up while learning to walk.
