IF I HAVE POWER TO CHANGE LAW

Really, if i have power to change law then wud like to abolish the law in which without getting divorce one cann't marry again.( except muslim ) It is observed, in most of the cases the reason of divorce is extra marital relationship & most of the cases, the person who has extra marital relation gets divorce finally sooner or later. Who suffers???????? Only innocent partner & kid. Most of the cases, a person who falls in extra marital relationship doesn't want to seperate his/her partner with kid, but due to this law another partner is being seperated due to this law & moreover kid doesn't get proper shadow of parents, kid has to stay whether with father or mother not with both. Then, is this law proper as far as innocent partner & kid are concerned? As far as i feel, law is forcing people mostly to take divorce bcoz i don't think extra marital relationship comes to an end due to this law & finally gets legal seal after divorce.

I HAVE GOT NO IDEA ON IT... BUT I ALWAYS THINK YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN POSITION T MAKE OR CHANGE LAW

even if ur law would be abolished....still people will be people who would want to marry a person who is not legally divorced...wud u?
